Hybrid concept

HOTEL PROGRAM

In order to offer its members an additional and highly useful tool, Voyage Vasco has an agreement allowing you access to more than 160,000 hotels worldwide with very advantageous pre-negotiated NET rates or with a guaranteed commission of up to 15%.

PREMIUM TOURS

This tour operator was established to offer travel agencies direct and professional access to exclusive cruises and tours, in addition to offering an excellent commission rate. The company's shares are held by several agency owners within the group.

SABRE AND SABRE VACATIONS

All our members have free access to Sabre and Sabre Vacations. We grant one PCC per agency, which can then be used to access this booking system at no cost.

SHARED GROUPS

Through the dashboard, you can share and/or take advantage of groups offered by all network members. This allows you, as an agency, to offer your clients an even wider range of exclusive products and also enables you to fill any gaps in your bookings with other agencies, if necessary.

Vasco agency clients will now have access to a variety of products, discounts, benefits, and more, which will be useful before, during, and after their trip. This card will help retain existing customers and encourage future clients to visit one of our branches.

For each customer purchase, an amount will be deposited into an escrow account and allocated to the customer for a future purchase. This amount represents between 0.5% and 1% of the commissionable value of the purchased trip.

This percentage will, of course, be paid directly by the agencies and given to the clients. Furthermore, in addition to allowing the client to accumulate dollars, the card will also give them access to various benefits offered by our participating partners.

ELITE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

The highly esteemed “Elite” designation is reserved for our most productive agencies, who earn higher commissions and benefit from premium free marketing programs, exclusive promotions and discounts, and much more. Elite agencies attend the Vasco Travel Global Conference as VIP guests and are also invited to Elite Retreat, our annual celebration of your success and one of the most sought-after events of the year.

RECRUITMENT OF HOME BASED AGENTS

If you wish to increase the number of your outside agents, we can help you do so. Several programs are currently in place to facilitate this, but in the meantime, we can assist you with crafting your advertisements and identifying the best placements. We can even assist you with interviews, depending on your needs.

COMPARATIVE REPORTS

We publish our partnership reports annually, and in addition to providing you with comparative data that will allow you to see your return on investment, which we know is an important factor for many.

FUNDING

Vasco Travel agencies can now offer financing of up to $2000 to all interested clients in a simple and quick manner without any legal involvement required from the agency.

RESERVED SPACES

We can offer you several cruise departures with each of our preferred partners. This allows you to remain competitive and gives you access to exclusive savings and added value.

Training is a crucial part of our industry and cannot be overlooked. Our members receive training from our preferred suppliers through online courses, webinars, and at our conferences and meetings with the Owners Committee. Training is also available online through our exclusive training platform. We are the only travel agency association offering a training program accredited by the Canadian Institute of Travel Advisors (CITC).

BASIC TRAINING

Basic training is provided to all prospective franchisees. This training enables franchisees to acquire the knowledge necessary to obtain the permits required by the travel industry and to become familiar with the processes to be implemented in an agency. Basic training is also offered online. A comprehensive continuing education program is then offered to ensure that our franchisees remain at the forefront of new developments.

CRUISE TRAINING

We offer exclusive ship tours annually, as well as various cruise training courses to help our members become recognized cruise specialists.

Soltec is an accounting system specifically designed for travel agencies. Very similar to popular applications, Soltec is much less expensive and is directly linked to the customer relationship management (CRM) system implemented for the group's agencies.

VOYAGE VASCO’s marketing objective is to promote the franchise’s name and brand image regularly and consistently using all available media to maintain our strong brand recognition and establish ourselves as a leading provider for all travel requests. In addition to advertising shared by all franchisees, we also allow each franchisee the freedom to conduct local advertising in the media of their choice.

Unlike other travel agency networks, the Atrium Group, in collaboration with its preferred suppliers, offers free advertising to all its agencies, which is a major advantage when it comes time to choose the banner with which you will sign your agreement.

NETWORK MARKETING

Each year, over half a million dollars is invested in marketing the Voyage Vasco brand through a multitude of initiatives that benefit each agency. Whether through television and radio campaigns, billboards, magazine and newspaper ads, or any other type of media, we do everything we can to ensure the brand is recognized by everyone.

INDIVIDUAL MARKETING

In addition to the funds allocated to the entire Vasco Travel network, funds are earmarked for marketing activities carried out individually by our members. Agencies simply need to submit a marketing plan, and our team will work to find ways to reduce their costs.

SOCIAL MEDIA COMPETITION / TARGETING

For a fee, members can set up a Facebook contest in collaboration with one of our suppliers. This contest will allow the agency to gather more detailed information about its clientele, enabling better targeting. To participate, clients will complete a pre-defined form. The agency will have pre-selected the questions, which, once compiled, will provide the agency with sufficient information to develop a substantial database. This database will make it easier to determine the best time to approach clients, as well as their needs, expectations, budgets, and other relevant factors.

ADVERTISING FUND

The vast majority of Voyage Vasco's marketing comes from funds negotiated with our partners. The agencies themselves contribute a small amount to this fund by paying $100 per month. Managed by a committee of franchisees elected by their peers, this fund is used exclusively for province-wide campaigns.

WEDDING BROCHURE

A dream-inspiring brochure containing all the information, details, and exceptional destinations to help your clients plan and celebrate their dream destination wedding. This brochure serves as both a tool for the agent and a reference for the client.

PRESTIGE MAGAZINE

It features articles on various cruise lines and ships, destinations, hotels, and prestigious itineraries. This magazine will inspire your clients. Prestige Magazine can be personalized with your logo. Thus, in addition to being informative, the magazine becomes an excellent marketing tool for your agency. The fact that the magazine is available in PDF format allows you to send it via the internet to clients in your database.

CRUISE GROUPS BROCHURE

Each year, the Atrium Group publishes a client brochure featuring several hundred cruise groups organized by our agencies and preferred suppliers. All our agencies have the option of adding their own cruise groups to this brochure, allowing them to reach the widest possible audience. These brochures, distributed at over 300 kiosks across Quebec, are also provided to agencies, who can then help sell the featured groups or simply give the brochure to interested or curious clients.

CRUISES EVENT

Every autumn, cruise ships call at Quebec City. Voyage Vasco takes advantage of this opportunity to create an event where owners and agents can visit these ships while benefiting from training sessions given by representatives of the cruise lines.

CRUISE FAIR

A two-day cruise sales event is being held at the Cosmodome. Our major cruise suppliers are on hand to give client presentations, and several of our members are participating by handling bookings, allowing them to both acquire new clients and benefit from a share of the profits proportional to their involvement.

ROYALTIES

VASCO TRAVEL has a very different vision from other franchisors, regardless of their industry. Most franchisors base their members' royalties on a percentage of revenue generated, whereas we have chosen a fixed monthly price that includes advertising and website management. Whether your agency generates $1 million or $10 million in revenue, your royalties will remain the same.

TURNKEY

The "turnkey" option may also be a possibility for future franchisees. Vasco Travel can take care of everything from A to Z, including furnishing, painting, and equipping your premises, if that is the option chosen.
